Youth Council is a locally based group of young people from our parish. Youth Council is committed to the reality that young people are important and integral part of our parish community. It is primarily focusing on the development of our village by challenging the world with their incredible social helping ability. The parish rears them so dearly that it endures a longstanding change in our community. 

            The spiritual and social needs of the youth are met by the committed leadership, unmatched guidance, and the relentless support of our parish adults. The adults and youth of our parish are therefore provided with the opportunity to grow together in Christian faith.

            The coordinator of the youth council is Mr. Punithan. The council meets every Sunday at 4 pm in the community hall. The major issues and concerns of the parish will be discussed and the solutions are arrived at. The other main tasks are to

            Advocate young people to have responsible participation in the life of the parish

            Conduct sports and cultural events during special occasions like Parish Feast, etc.

            Have commitment and love for young people

            Promote the will to share their faith in Jesus on their ongoing journey to God with others.
